Cabañas Claro De Luna

The rooms were clean, and the staff were very helpful. It’s a quaint, pleasant place to stay, and even on very cold nights you can hardly feel the cold inside the rooms. We had a minor issue with the room TV. I’d stay here again, though I wish there were more parking spaces.

The beds were good, and so was the service. The price was reasonable, and there was heating for the cold winter weather. It’s a long way from the main town, though, so I’d look for somewhere closer if you don’t have a car.

I stayed two nights, and it was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Customer service was terrible. The staff left early, leaving the hotel completely alone with no one to help guests. A woman with a child offered to do laundry and took our money, but never washed our clothes.

Staying on the second floor wasn’t a good idea.
