They gave us a dirty room, and the bathroom floor was wet from a leak. The mini-split was set to 3 degrees Celsius, then shut off in the middle of the night. The internet never worked, either. When we asked to switch rooms, the staff got angry. A terrible experience, with very poor service. I can’t recommend this place.

The room smelled awful. The bathroom was covered in urine, and the sink was dirty too. Terrible rooms. I’m never coming back.

We were left without water for a whole day because the hotel has no cistern, and there was no way to use the bathroom. For 800 pesos a day, the condition of the place makes the price excessive. I stayed two days in January 2025. The rooms are very spacious, but cleanliness is a real problem: there was mold all over the bathroom, in the corners, shower, and around the sink. There’s no closet or place to hang clothes, so they have to stay in your bag. The air conditioners beside the room door were noisy enough to keep us awake at night.
