We couldn’t sleep either of the two nights because noise carried so clearly between rooms. The first night we could hear the man next door snoring; the next, people in the neighboring room partied until early morning, and nobody came to sort it out. The manager was never available when we tried to make a complaint. We contacted Booking.com, who tried to reach the hotel directly, but told us the hotel was completely disassociating itself. It was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and I think refusing to offer a comfortable stay shows a lack of responsibility.

The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, with hot water available all the time. The hotel is practically new and very close to the Chepe station in Creel. Staff were friendly and attentive.

It was my first visit. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and they gave us heaters when we arrived so we wouldn’t be cold. There was hot water and breakfast too, and the staff were very attentive. Prices are affordable. I’d go back if I could.

The cabin-style rooms are comfortable and well insulated. The hotel is on the main road into the magical town of Creel, Chihuahua, in a building that also has the "Los Alcatraces" restaurant and the "El Yumis" grocery store.
