On the first night, the room they gave us felt like a cellar and smelled strongly of damp. They moved us, but the mattresses in the next room were awful, and you sank into them. I fell when leaving the bathroom because the floor was in such poor condition. The replacement room was a little better the next day, though its air conditioning was extremely noisy and leaking, which could cause an accident. The receptionist was friendly and tried to give good service, but the hotel's condition doesn't match the price. Bad experience.

There were no clothes hangers, and the bathroom had no shower curtain, so water splashed onto the toilet. The window in my assigned room faced straight onto the pool, leaving no way to ventilate the room and compromising privacy.

The man working there had terrible service and wasn't very friendly. We were woken early and asked to move our car to make room for someone else, even though there's supposedly parking. The pool didn't appeal to me. For what I paid, I expected more. The room was just okay, with clean beds that weren't comfortable to sleep in. The AC kept breaking and the internet didn't work. There were hardly any outlets. The bathroom had no toilet seat or shower door, there was no hot water, and the towels were torn.
