The hotel and room were clean, and the area was quiet. It's close to the city center, Chedraui supermarket and the beaches, with restaurants, shops, a gas station and a buffet nearby. The price was very good, and the service was excellent, 10/10.

It's spotless, and most of the place looks new. Rooms are decent and have Wi-Fi, a TV with streaming, air conditioning, a fan and a bathroom that's just the right size. Rates are affordable, from $650 a night for three people in one room to $850 for a room with air conditioning. It's in a handy spot near a gas station if you're driving, and right between the beach, downtown and shopping. There's no parking on site, though. The staff are friendly, but aren't always around since the owner handles guests' needs, problems and arrivals personally. I'd definitely recommend it.

A comfortable, clean place for families, with air conditioning and a fan in the rooms. Some rooms have a balcony too. It's close to downtown Huatulco, there are restaurants nearby, and the price is good.

I'm still staying here, and I really don't recommend it. The Wi-Fi is poor, there's no parking, and I had to sweep my room and take out the trash because cleaning is only every other day. Even though it was affordable, I regret paying for it. :(

Everything is close by, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the center and 15 minutes to the nearest beach. A taxi from the hotel to that beach costs $35 pesos. It's a great budget option, really clean, with air conditioning and very friendly staff.
