The bathroom ceiling was gross 🤢 and falling apart. There was also a leak right where you stand at the sink, and it looked like it had been going on for a long time. It really seems like management doesn't care about keeping the rooms and bathrooms in decent shape.

The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, and it took a while for us to get our room. My colleagues had plenty of other room-related problems too. I'd booked a king-size room at the reception desk a month ahead, but when we arrived it wasn't available, and nobody had let me know. Their attitude was appalling. They told me to decide whether to keep the room, even though they knew the hotels were full because of our conference.

When I got there on December 6th, they didn't have my room, even though I'd booked and paid the deposit on October 27th. They kept sending me to another place. Since we were traveling with other people, splitting up between places was difficult for some of us. I hope they get more organized and pay attention to these details.

The only thing going for the hotel is that the pool is open 24 hours. It's expensive, there's no hot water, and the facilities are really neglected. The restaurant was bad too, and they charged a tip without considering you.
