Hotel Paola has a simple charm, and the people are caring, which made my stay really enjoyable. It's modest, clean, and basic, with friendly staff and a great location. For the price, it's an awesome deal. Just outside the hotel, nearby, you can find some of the best tacos, made with local dishes, for an authentic culinary experience. Cuautla sits between modern city and rustic small town, so think outside the ordinary and give it a visit. You'll be glad you did.

Even for one night, I wouldn't stay here. The rooms are neglected, damp, and moldy. Mattresses are badly broken with stuffing coming out, and the pillows are awful. The bathroom is very dirty and damp, with mold, and they don't provide towels or amenities. All you get is a roll of toilet paper and Venus pink soap. A terrible place.

The bathroom is in really bad shape, and the rooms are very unclean.
