The rooms were large and clean, and the location was really good, close to the zocalo, markets, and the city center. We didn’t have hot water in the bathroom, but with the outside temperatures being so hot, it was OK.

The room was spacious, but noise carries in from everywhere. There’s only one light and it’s really bright in the evening. Breakfast costs 220 and isn’t included, which felt far too expensive. The place seemed overpriced, and the receptionist wasn’t very friendly.

I spent three weeks here. It’s a beautiful, very clean hotel, and there’s a pool. For a stay that long, though, not having a mini fridge or microwave in the room was a real hassle, since we had to eat out all the time. I needed milk for my daughter, so I bought a cooler and ice every day. That wasn’t convenient, either. The WiFi was also terrible. I started out on the fifth floor for a week, where the connection was really bad. They moved me to the third floor, but it still wasn’t great.
