We’ve stayed here several times, and the front desk service has been good, especially when a certain woman was on duty. Unfortunately, she didn’t wear a name tag. One waiter made the restaurant service painfully slow. We encountered him three times, and each visit was unacceptable. Once, with only one table in the restaurant and us by the pool, he brought my wife’s food and never came back with cutlery. She had to eat without it, then get up herself to ask for the bill. It’s disappointing to get that kind of service from someone in a customer-facing job. We also had another waiter who was very attentive.

The garden is nice, and the pool is small. The hotel itself is okay, though a bit dated. Breakfast service at the restaurant could be better.

The rooms were comfortable, but I’m sorry, the food was 👎.
