We were asleep when the curtain rod fell and struck me on the head. We told the cleaning lady when she came in, but then the owner messaged us to say we had to pay for a replacement. Nobody even asked what had happened or whether I was okay. It felt like they cared more about charging guests than the room's condition or the people staying there. I wouldn't recommend this place. Find a hotel with better conditions.

The linens were the main problem: the bedspreads, sheets, and pillowcases all looked like they weren't washed regularly. The bathroom window won't open, and the ceiling fan barely turns. Booking.com communication was friendly, and the place itself is quiet and near a main avenue. Maybe it's acceptable if you're in a pinch for the price, but I can't recommend it.

The rooms were clean, neat, and in good shape, and the service was excellent. It's a convenient place to spend the night, near the bus station and restaurants.
