The people who made our wedding weekend so special were the host, the wedding coordinators (Carolina y fam.), and all the attentive staff who looked after my family and guests. We still talk about the weekend. The rooms were great, gave everyone privacy, and let us enjoy the amenities. The garden was beautifully kept, too, and it felt like a home away from home. I got married here in mid-May this year, and the coordinators turned my dream into reality. Since all the planning happened online, I had to put a lot of trust in them, and they delivered. They were flexible with vendors and changes when we gave them enough notice, and even arranged airport transportation for our group of more than 10 people. We paid through secure services, though we had trouble with money orders through our own banks. That may not happen to everyone. Upgrades cost extra, but the prices were reasonable. I'm grateful for the experience, and I'd come back, 10/10.

The house has loads of space, and the pool, tennis court, and baseball court are all great. But after checkout they charged us $15 for a lost tennis ball and $70 for a racket that was already broken. We left the villa with a bad feeling about those unfair, crazy extra charges. That's why I gave it one star.

The pool is good, and three of the bedrooms are too. The rest are old and shabby, unlike what the pictures show. At checkout they charge you for everything that's worn out, and there's a lot of it. Total scam, stay away.

Pablo was always available, friendly, and attentive, and the service was impeccable. The residence itself is beautiful, with comfortable, clean rooms and all the amenities we needed. The garden is lovely and well cared for, and the pool is just right for relaxing. It's peaceful but close to everything, and a great way to get away from the city and enjoy Cuernavaca's beautiful climate just an hour away. We had a great experience from start to finish and would definitely like to return.
