I had a staycation at Casa Cristina while I was in town and was struck by the care put into both the decor and service. The modern boutique hotel is beautiful, and the setting feels so calm and relaxing. I had everything I needed, slept comfortably, and even got to enjoy a restorative massage. The food was amazing, too. Everything I tried was made in-house, pastries included, and the restaurant is worth visiting on its own. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town.

Every part of Casa Cristina feels carefully thought through, from the rooms to the pool, gardens, and fire pits. It’s beautifully decorated and such a peaceful oasis. The food and service were great, and I’ll definitely come again.

The staff made it so easy to relax, and everything was perfectly clean. The rooms are beautiful, and the restaurant food was incredible. To me, it’s the best boutique resort in Cuernavaca and the top place I’d recommend to visitors.

It seemed like a promising place, so it’s really disappointing that our experience fell so short of the photos on the website. Our WhatsApp messages were vague and unclear, and when we went to the hotel, it was closed. The security guard was polite but couldn’t let us in. We also tried to use the day pass, only to be told services ended at 12:30 PM, which doesn’t match the website. Please keep this in mind before booking. This place appears to be a scam.
