The location was probably the best part, central enough to be convenient without being right in the city center, where driving would be a nightmare. Walking farther uphill from the square would also be unpleasant. The shower had hot water and good pressure. It got warm at night without AC, but there was a fan in the room; putting it in the window made things almost cold, which worked well with all the blankets. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and several outlets didn't work. Wi-Fi was down across the whole complex during our stay. There's plenty of parking on site, and the path to the room is well lit once you're inside the hotel grounds. On a good day, it's probably a great hotel.

We had a good stay overall. The facilities are nice and it's close to the city center, with a fair price for what you get. Beds are a bit hard, and noise from other rooms carries.

The people working there were really nice and friendly. We loved the location, very near the town center, and our room was pretty, comfortable, and really nice.

The staff were really nice, and we had a great stay at the hotel. There was a Wi-Fi problem, but they said they were working on it, so we hope it gets better.

A standard hotel with good service and a great view of Cuetzalan.
