The breakfast was better than I expected, with lots of variety, and everything else was good too. One short-haired employee with blonde hair, whose name I can’t remember, was an angel to everyone. She was the kindest hotel employee I’ve ever met. The room was very clean. There aren’t tourist attractions nearby, but there are plenty of shopping centers, so it worked for me since I wasn’t looking to visit museums or the aquarium. The parking is in the sub-basement and the spaces are tiny, so you need to be a skilled driver to park your own car.

The sea-view rooms have the best views, and the stay was really comfortable. I enjoyed it overall. For the price, though, I expected a few more room details, like a restaurant menu and things such as body lotion. There was some water and a coffee capsule, at least.

Hector at reception gave excellent service. He was professional, respectful, and attentive to detail. This is a very good hotel.

I stayed one night while waiting for my luggage to arrive at the airport. I got there very early and wanted to go to the mall right next door, and they let me leave my carry-on and backpack with them and tagged the bags for me. Great customer service, and the bedroom was clean and organized. I asked twice to have water brought up, but both times it took 45 minutes. I’d still definitely recommend it!

This felt well below Marriott standard. The bed seemed overused, and the room smelled strongly of mold. There’s a sink in the room, which made shaving feel like doing it in a kitchen. The toilet is small, and the shower and amenities look like Ibis Budget.
