8/10
The weak Wi-Fi and cramped parking lot are drawbacks, but for the price this is good value. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cable TV and air conditioning. Breakfast is included and comes with eggs and chilaquiles, or you can pay for the buffet. The staff were kind and helpful, and the location is great.
6/10
The location is excellent, with everything you need close by. The restaurant’s breakfast is free, and the other meals are reasonably priced and tasty. Service was just fine, and the rooms are kind of small. Parking is really limited, and rooms next to it get so much noise that sleeping at night is hard. In the end, you get what you pay for.
2/10
The parking lot is small, it’s too noisy, and management is awful. Rooms beside the lot are especially bad for sleeping. They’re always hosting "bandas," and the buses are very loud too, running early in the morning. Avoid this place if you want to sleep.
10/10
The hotel is very near the Chivas Stadium. Rooms are comfortable, service is excellent, and the bar has a cool atmosphere. There’s a great selection of drinks, and the restaurant has lots of food options.
6/10
The staff are great, and they’re the only reason I keep staying here when I travel to GDL. The hotel is very outdated and needs modernizing and more amenities. It’s too expensive compared with other hotels at the same price that have much better rooms and facilities.
