Parking was easy, and all the staff were helpful and accommodating. The place has a nice, rustic green space, and the Wi-Fi was surprisingly good. The accommodations were simple but quite acceptable, as was the included breakfast. It felt a bit expensive without air conditioning, though the shower was warm and the bedding and towels were clean. Getting to the city center takes a 10-minute walk uphill in places. In the morning, you can hear active birds and chickens.

A good hotel in Cuetzalan, and breakfast is free.

I liked how clean the place was and the staff's service. Breakfast was included and delicious; I'd especially recommend the enmoladas, and the "Yolixpa" herbal liqueur was wonderful. The room was very humid, though, with low water flow in the shower and only broadcast channels on the TV. Water came in a pitcher covered with plastic wrap, with two glasses. We had a triple room but got only two towels, and everything seemed set up for two people. The pillows were too hard for me. There was a round fan because there was no air conditioning.

We paid for two nights, but decided to move to another hotel. The place was awful, the service terrible, and someone at reception was very rude. The hotel is really old, and the pictures persuaded us to book, but the stay turned into a complete fiasco. I was treated terribly. I don't recommend it at all, will never return, and honestly everything about it was terrible.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly and attentive whenever something came up. The place itself was beautiful.
