The rooms are nicely decorated, and the small kitchen works fine, but we had three problems. While we were eating dinner, the kitchen sink dropped into the counter. Staff moved us without a fuss, but in the new room the toilet was faulty. We reported it three times and were eventually shown how to lift the lid and fix it ourselves after each use. That wasn’t okay. During the room change, my wife left a silver pendant on the table beside the bed. The next day she asked the maid about it. The maid first denied having it, then said she’d found it in the trash can by the bed, though there wasn’t a trash can in that room. She said she’d taken it home, and two days later returned it, again claiming it had been in the trash. The housekeeping and maintenance were bad; the rest of the staff were good.

Really clean and minimal, with a home-like feel even though it’s a hotel. A great spot to spend the night away.

Beautiful, clean, and upscale, with granite and travertine finishes. The waterfall shower head was lovely, and there’s great free coffee early in the day.

The rooms are nice, the staff are friendly, and the price is great. There are several event venues nearby, though, so music can make nights noisy. If that bothers you, this may not be the place for you.
