Good value.

The beds and customer service were very good, and I do recommend the place. I stayed for three days in different rooms, though two of them had hot water problems. They moved us to another room, which had the same issue. That was the only downside.

Getting into the parking lot is a hassle because the entrance is narrow, though the hotel is in a great location. At check-in, the staff were welcoming and carefully explained the rules. Adding another person to a registered room costs 400 pesos. I was distracted and can't say exactly why, but the hotel gave us breakfast as a courtesy, probably because of that extra charge. Breakfast runs from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. The room was small and basic, with a slight musty smell. It did have a refrigerator and microwave, which can be useful, and the decor and furniture gave it a nice touch. The price may be high for what's offered, but manageable if you're in a hurry. The complimentary breakfast was served on time and was quite good. We had trouble getting the TV to turn on, though there are plenty of cable channels. There was also a leak that ran from the bathroom onto the beds. They provide lots of soap and towels, but no shampoo. It's a nice hotel and an interesting experience, but there are better choices in the city. I'm sharing a photo of the view from the dining room.

There were cockroaches in the rooms, and everything was dirty and old. The owner was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this hotel or motel. They refused to refund us even though 12 hours hadn't passed, and made us wait more than an hour before he even spoke with us.
