I’m disappointed in the manager. I came in to use the restroom and was allowed to do so without being charged. I spoke first in Spanish, then in English. I was planning to stay and write some reviews, but when my wife’s sister came in and asked to use the restroom in Spanish, they turned her away very harshly. They weren’t kind to her. I won’t be staying there as I’d planned to write my review. I got all the information I needed for it, and that’s that.

I really enjoyed my stay. It’s a beautiful place, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and safe parking nearby. I definitely recommend it. Thank you!

For a three-star hotel, the service was one-star. It was overpriced and poor value for money, with demotivated staff who could even be rude. We stayed in a suite, but it was quite noisy, let in too much light, and the door didn’t work properly.

The staff are really kind, and the rooms are clean. It’s a comfortable place to spend the night with good service in general, though sometimes things take longer than you’d expect.
