The pool was fantastic, with plenty of sunny and shady places to relax, and it was impressively well kept despite all the trees and plants around it. You can have a drink or lunch from the a joining restaurant. The hotel is tucked away among tall palms, but only a few minutes' walk from the pier and main beach. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and eager to help us find a great experience. They fixed our AC trouble in just a few minutes. The room was otherwise perfect, with useful amenities, and the bed was perfect in every way. We enjoyed it so much that we hope to come back for longer. Highly recommend.

Low-key place, clean and with kind staff. The price is very reasonable for what you get, and it's close to lots of really great restaurants. There's even a unique rustic workout area, which was a bonus. I'd definitely stay again.

We spent a week with my family at Hotel Maria Bonita in El Cuyo Yucatan. The hotel is just steps from the beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear water. It's a quiet place to enjoy nature, including lovely sunrises and sunsets, while there are also several tours and activities for the kids. A wonderful getaway on those virgin beaches. The service was great. GM Rolando was responsive, friendly and wonderful. Thank you, GM Rolando, for your hospitality. Highly recommend it.

We spent five nights here and got great value for the price. It's pet friendly, close to the beach, and has a fully equipped kitchen, which is paradise for people like us who enjoy cooking and catching fresh fish. We'd definitely recommend it to friends and will be back. The only issue was finding the staff who look after the place, since they aren't always there. Thank you so much.

The surroundings are superb, with a great pool, an equipped kitchen, free water, and a spot close to the beach and everything you need. El Cuyo is paradise. Our room was Flamingo. It's very basic but has AC, a 120cm bed and a tiny bathroom.
