We felt completely let down and I can't recommend this hotel. We booked a room for the March 2022 holiday weekend, and the reservation was confirmed. The hotel asked me to transfer half the price to an employee, Marco Antonio, and I did. Then, three days before our trip, they canceled by email but marked us as a “no show” in Booking, as if we'd kept the reservation and simply failed to arrive. We complained and contacted the hotel about getting our money back. They said they'd handle it, but after two and a half months of calls, neither the hotel nor Booking had responded to our messages or refunded us. Booking eventually reimbursed the full amount.

You can walk to the zocalo from this quiet spot, and the staff are good. The pool and garden have lovely views of the mountains around it.

Everything was lovely, except the neighbors’ roosters. They started waking us at 5:00 am and kept going until 7:00 pm, so we hardly got any rest. It was maddening! 🫠🫠🫠
