The service was really kind, and the owner offered to drive us without any trouble. The property is a little way from the center, and the pool water was very cold. Rooms were comfortable and fine, with hot water. The facilities are shared with the owner's family. The cost was about average for the area, and that time breakfast at their restaurant was included.

Breakfast is included the next day, and the owner is very friendly. He offers to drive you to and from the center of Tepoztlán, which is 600 meters from the inn. The location is good, but I gave it 3 stars because the price seemed a little high compared with similar places nearby.

At the price they ask, there’s barely anything here. The bathroom had no toilet paper, soap, or towels, and everything felt thrown together. Booking.com makes the place seem decent, but that impression is a farce. I’d pay no more than $700 a night for what you get.

The place itself seemed fine, though it felt a long way from the center. We only needed somewhere to sleep, but the bedbugs made the night miserable. We spent hours killing them, and I woke up with bites all over my legs. That wiped out any comfort, and honestly, I wouldn’t stay there again.
