Greysi was especially friendly and professional, and the service was excellent. They refill your water whenever you need. The restaurant food was pretty good, though a little pricey for the area. The hotel also seems to work with a guide called Carlos Lema, who was very good. He can take you through the jungle and the archaeological site, and pick up your tickets beforehand. The hotel has a cabin-in-the-jungle feel, with birds, monkeys, and other wildlife all around. The rooms are a bit rustic but fine. You can walk to the archaeological site and museum, though to buy site tickets you have to go quite a way toward town.

The lights, building materials, greenery, and tasty restaurant food all added to the feeling that the whole place was a spa for me. I left relaxed, rejuvenated, and happy. The price is unbeatable, and it's one of my favorite places I've ever stayed.

The restaurant service was good, and the food was surprisingly tasty, though check-in felt very unfriendly. The cheapest rooms are small and very basic, so it may be worth paying for the next category. With some work on the pool area and room comfort, this place could be much better. You can walk to the ruins easily, but you're a bit out of the way for other things. Getting transport is fairly easy.

We had a small cabin with a swing out front, which was very nice, and the place is surrounded by incredible nature. It's very close to the archaeological site. Just expect insects or other animals to find their way into your room since you're in the jungle. We tried several dishes at the restaurant. The food was only okay and didn't feel worth the price. There aren't many, if any, other options, so you're dependent on what the hotel serves.

We spent two nights in a deluxe room, and it was amazing. It looked brand new and was beautifully decorated, with a view out to the jungle from the shower. The pool is right beside the jungle, the food and cocktails were good, and the location is perfect.
