Whenever we're in Pescadero, which is every few months, Palmar is always on our must-eat list. The breakfasts are incredible, made with so much care and soul by a señora in the kitchen. Eating there feels like being welcomed into someone's home, and the señora's service is warm and thoughtful. We never leave disappointed. Their salsa macha and salsa de árbol are favorites, and we always take bottles home to bring a little taste of Baja back with us. Palmar is delicioso in every sense.

The juice and bagel were incredible, and the people were just as lovely. I only stopped for a quick bite, in a cozy, beautiful courtyard surrounded by palms.

It's a cute family-run place. We came for breakfast and liked it so much we had to return. The coffee was great, and the eggs were delicious with really fresh ingredients. You can order lunch dishes at breakfast, too. They have a super friendly dog named Theo who'll want to play fetch with you 🐕. Highly recommend!

We only came for breakfast, not to stay in the casitas, and it was such a lovely find. The garden seating is beautiful, clean, and almost magical, and the service was great. Everything we tried was delicious, especially the avocado toast and French toast. That toast looked gorgeous with its fruit and had just the right syrup, though I could've used a bigger, more filling portion. The fresh carrot-ginger juice was excellent. We’ll absolutely be back.

The mole was incredible, and the huevos rancheros came with really lovely homemade sauces. We also took a jar of macha salsa home, probably the best I've tried so far. It's a relaxed spot with an open kitchen, great coffee, and amazing food.
