Los Alcatraces

We can bring our own snacks and drinks, and for an extra $100, use the pool until 5 pm. This has become our favorite spot. The food is 10/10, whatever you order, and the peaceful location is surrounded by a pleasant view of hills that makes it feel close to nature.

Terrible service! The owner's son is rude and discourteous. No service quality at all. That junior acts like he did us a favor. On Saturday at 6:45 in the morning, he banged hard on our metal room door, demanding that we move the vehicles. My truck wasn't even blocking his way out, only a motorcycle that wasn't ours was. He told me to take the truck outside, then shut the gate as I left and stranded me in the street without my wallet or phone. There were also two scorpions in the room, and several areas weren't clean.

It's badly neglected, dirty, and full of trash, and they don't honor reservations. The owner is rude, and the owners live there with a dog they don't clean up after. Dirt has built up on the steps; when it gets windy, urine blows onto the terrace below like rain. The furniture is old, dirty, and damaged, the pools are very dirty, and there's no parking on site, just a lot on another street. The mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. Terrible service.

The view was the one nice part. The pool was already very dirty when we arrived and they didn't clean it until very late the next day. Parking is separate, and the rooms are small and uncomfortable, with a cramped bathroom. Our room and shower were somewhat dirty too. Communication could have been better: they weren't sure which room we'd booked, so they switched us to another one, and nobody ever replied about check-in.
