The Deli Restaurant was just okay, and expensive for what you get in quality and quantity. Some maintenance is needed in the rooms, though they're clean and comfortable. The location is under construction right now. We enjoyed our 4 night visit and plan to return soon. The front desk people are efficient, friendly and helpful, as is the rest of the staff. A shuttle can take you to Guadalajara airport whenever needed, 24hours. Breakfast is a continental buffet, and the espresso machine makes delicious coffee. I also liked having a water dispenser to refill my bottle.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. You can hear what's going on in the other rooms like they're in yours. Would recommend.

The service is the best thing here, but the price is high. There isn't a refrigerator in the rooms, so it's not a good choice for anyone who needs one to store medicine.

The website claims there's a hotel shuttle, but there isn't one. Calling for it at the airport just gets you hung up on, and when I asked the front desk about getting back to the airport, they said the shuttle doesn't exist.

It's clean and very close to the airport, which makes it a good choice for an overnight layover. There's not much else nearby. The staff are super nice, and the “simple” breakfast was actually complete and good, with chilaquiles, eggs, fruit, juice, etc. My 3 star rating is because the A/C got noisier around midnight, like it had a leak, and never cooled properly. It needs maintenance. The hotel does have a shuttle, but you have to call for pickup at the airport. I didn't know that on this visit, but I'll make the call next time.
