We arrived at 1am and the host was still available to make sure we got settled and had what we needed. He's super nice. The neighborhood felt safe, and I'd definitely stay there again.

There's a full bathroom upstairs and a half-bath downstairs, plus a washer and dryer for beach clothes and towels. The house is cozy and functional, though the spaces aren't very large, so I'd say it's best for up to 8 people. When we came in, there was a slight musty smell, and the dogs made noise at night. Those were the only small issues. The host was always attentive. 👍

It's okay as a place to sleep, but we were met with a strong sewer smell when we arrived. Opening the windows and lighting the many candles the owner left helped a little, or maybe we just got used to it. The small place has two bathrooms. One bedroom is the best, with a double bed; the other is cramped, with a bunk that can be made into three beds because there's a mattress underneath. Not very comfortable, but it does the job for a quick nap. The location is decent and the neighborhood seems peaceful, though a little scary. One car is fine, but with two you'll need to find street parking since everything is on the street.
