Worst hotel ever. I paid for three nights, then realized an hour later that we were supposed to be at Hotel Bernal Plaza. I asked them to refund two nights and said they could keep the night I booked by mistake. They said there was nothing they could do once it was in the computer, and refused any refund at all.

For the price, everything seemed fine until the water stopped. We arrived at 6 pm, and by 9 pm there was no water for the rest of the night. We couldn't use the bathroom or shower. We waited in the morning for it to come back, but it still hadn't. When we went to reception to report it, the manager was nowhere to be found. Other guests from several rooms were looking for her too, without success.

The location was excellent, the prices very affordable, and the service good.

We expected a basic place to sleep and shower for the price, since we're not demanding and weren't looking for anything fancy. Even so, the stay was terrible. Reservation handling was so disorganized that we nearly had no room, and our room had no water, with too few pillows and blankets. The parking lot was also tiny and inconvenient. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel was very noisy, and cleanliness needs a lot of work.
