The room views face inward, looking out over courtyards, service areas, and maintenance spaces. The hotel itself seems new, clean, and cared for. Rooms are small, though they have good equipment. Parking is an empty lot beside the hotel with a gate, but I didn’t get the impression that it was closed.

The à la carte restaurant food was very good, and the service and decor were fine, but Suite 101 wasn’t worth the 2700 we paid. The bed was dirty, had someone else’s hair on it, and made me itch. We also ordered two Frangelicos, but they were mostly water. They charged us half the bottle’s price, even though we got less than 10% of it. We won’t be coming back.

The facilities were practical and very clean. I stayed the night of December 31st, and the whole staff welcomed us warmly and kept checking whether we needed anything or had questions. I really appreciated that. The shower door in the bathroom was the one bad part. It had no lock or stop, so it kept swinging open and was really inconvenient.

The owners, chef, and waiters gave excellent service. The food was amazing, and the buffet was delicious!
