The connection struggled to keep up with the number of guests, and for the first two days we had no hot water. Water pressure was low too, until they fixed it halfway through our trip. The place is okay, but it needs more than daily upkeep. It could use a proper general maintenance overhaul once in a while, just a bit of care.

Everything was really cool. I barely took photos because I was busy having fun. The zip line, water slide, and temazcal, the traditional sweat lodge, made the experience feel different. The barbacoa was delicious, definitely try it!!!

I felt good about how carefully they handled sanitation, especially with older family members in mind during the pandemic. My grandparents were especially happy with the barbecue. We also had a great time playing squash, then winding down at the spa and temazcal. The pools, giant water slide, and sports courts by the zip line were all kept in really good shape. Such a beautiful place, with excellent service. I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing break.
