4/10
The room stays uncomfortably damp because it doesn't have enough ventilation, leaving the sheets and bedding wet. That feels unhygienic. Cleaning also isn't done regularly. Staff say they won't clean while personal belongings are in the room unless they first get permission, which I don't consider a reasonable excuse for skipping a basic daily service. This has affected the comfort, hygiene, and quality of my stay. I ask that the complaint be considered and a suitable solution offered.

My employees spent a week here and had a great stay. The hotel is welcoming and the staff are very friendly. It's close to the highway, and even with the cold weather there was always hot water.

It's a really clean, lovely hotel, in a quiet spot close to the highway. Highly recommend it.

The staff are very attentive, and the hotel is great for families. It has air conditioning, too.
