The room felt worn out and really needs renovating. I remembered getting a nicer, more modern room here before, on the first floor past the pool. This time we were put on the second floor, where the beds were tiny full sizes, not queens. Luckily there was a sofa, so I used that as a bed.

Liliana, the manager, made a real difference during my stay. She was attentive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. The staff were welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the morning breakfast had plenty of delicious choices. Fresh ingredients and the care in how it was served made each morning a lovely start to the day.

The rooms are a little dated, but they've been comfortable and clean each time I've stayed. Service has also been good on every visit. There's complimentary buffet breakfast with lots of choices, and self-parking, though the number of spaces is limited. I've had pleasant stays here several times and definitely recommend it.

The neighborhood is rough, though the location is convenient. Our room had no AC, and the restaurant food was just OK. The staff were professional and attentive, and the place was clean and affordable. I'd recommend it.

I've stayed here many times over the past few years, and the service, food, quality, comfort, and cleanliness have all been good. The AC made this night sleepless, though, so it lost a star from me. I've been awake for more than 36 hours and found another hotel for Friday night. I still can't sleep until we finish my nephew's graduation event later today.
