I'm here for a few vacation days and have been enjoying the stay. From this spot, I can walk to both Americana and Centro, which is ideal. The building has an unusual design inside and out, and I'd pick this location again if it were available.

I hope you're doing well. I don't know whether you have a direct line to the building management, but I want to report the disruptive generator noise. It runs constantly from 7 am to 7 pm, Monday through Sunday, and causes vibrations as well as noise. I hope the building can find a fix for the problem it's created for the community, especially along Miguel Blanco Street.

I stayed here last year, and the experience was horrible. You can hear everything the person next door does through the walls. There's no reception, and the person looking after the room enters whenever he wants without knocking. He came into my room while I was asleep, and they have the door password. I consider that very serious.
