I stayed at Brada Collection on a business trip and was impressed by the attentive, warm, professional service throughout. The rooms and amenities felt elevated, but the atmosphere was still welcoming. The hotel has a refined boutique luxury feel, modern and stylish, and is beautifully maintained without being overdone. The rooftop patio was a highlight, and the gym was exceptionally well kept. I’d absolutely stay again and recommend it for business or leisure in Guadalajara.

The hotel is new and beautiful, with a heated pool on the rooftop, and the staff are very friendly. But our stay was terrible. The internet only worked for a few minutes, and the TV didn't work. There’s a tablet for requesting services and communicating, but without internet it was useless, so we had to keep going downstairs to report things. Our room wasn't cleaned because cleaning had to be requested on the tablet, which wasn't working. The parking lot was extremely dangerous. I had a bad fall there at night: it's underground, and the sensor lights turn off very early. We had to go out to buy medicine because the first-aid kit was very basic. We were told pool hours were 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., so we went at 9:40 a.m., only to find they'd just added chemicals. It was our wedding night, and we expected a more pleasant, less eventful stay.

The rooftop has an incredible panoramic view and is beautiful, and there are amazing restaurants nearby. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and technologically advanced. Our room was clean, a good size, and modern in design, with super comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

The location worked really well for us: central, safe, and with plenty of restaurants nearby. If you like running, Colomos forest is only a couple of kilometers away. I also loved all the design details. The beds were fantastic, and there were more than enough amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything felt high quality and looked beautiful 👌🏼.
