The room was in awful shape: stained, cracked walls, a dirty toilet with a broken lid, hair in the bathroom, and a foul smell. The bed was even worse, with dirty, stained sheets and pillowcases that smelled filthy. There wasn't an extra blanket for the cold, either. Cracks in the bedroom door had only been covered with paper, so noise came straight through, and a dog barked and cried all night. When I arrived, they gave me a different room from the one I'd booked. I asked Jose, the host, to move me to my booked room or cancel and refund me. He said all the rooms were the same and there were no refunds. The listing seems to show a renovated room, while the others look like the photos I posted. I should have read the reviews first. This was the worst Airbnb stay I've had. Don't stay here, it's horrible and not worth the price.

The bed was very comfortable, and the location worked well. The staff also helped us arrange a taxi. But the shower was unusable for me because there was no hot water, and at check-in they asked us to pay more than the Booking price. Staff were so noisy early in the morning that sleeping was impossible.

After booking on the booking.com app, I got there from the airport and was told the management had changed and I needed to contact the app for a refund. Every hotel was booked, so I had a hard time finding somewhere that would take me. Scam.

I liked the safe location, close to downtown, and the shared kitchen with three tables and chairs was comfortable. There was also a big lounge area for waiting. I booked by phone, and we stayed in the Agave room. The beds were large, including a king bed with a very comfortable sofa. I visited with my wife and two girls. The closet and clean towels were good, and I really liked the place. Hot water took a long time to come through. There was a sign saying to wait 3 minutes, but after waiting more than 5, the water was only lukewarm. I don't like wasting water, so that's the one thing they should improve. Otherwise, it was very comfortable. I recommend it 100% and would stay again.
