We couldn't get to the hotel because of the country's current security situation, and all our appointments and transportation were canceled. We never had a chance to stay. The hotel will only let us reschedule within one month, but the appointments offered to us are more than a month away, so we're losing the money we paid for the reservation. I want to be clear that I don't blame the hotel, but this isn't our fault as customers either. At minimum, people with reservations for those dates should have been allowed to move them to when their appointments were, subject to room and parking availability, or get at least a partial refund.

The rooms are spacious and the place is really nice. I went a year ago and would recommend it. There's also a great restaurant. The consulate is very close, just half a block away, then turn around and there it is.

We had a very good experience. The place was clean and well cared for, and it's in an excellent location with easy access to everything you need. The service was friendly and attentive the whole time. Highly recommended!

It felt like being at home, with everything we needed, and we enjoyed the stay. A great choice if you're visiting the consulate. Parking is the only downside, since there is room for just four cars.
