We stayed here six years ago, back when the property was the old Hilton, and had a better experience then. Some rooms don't have windows, so check ahead if that matters to you. The room itself was adequate, and the front desk associate who checked us in was friendly, but housekeeping needs to improve. There was hair on the bathroom counter every day. The coffee setup didn't match, an older basket-style machine with Keurig pods. They added more bedroom lighting, but it was hard to make the room dark enough for sleeping.

The rooftop was beautiful, the rooms were really clean and nice, and the food was delicious. Everyone on staff was kind. They quickly brought extra towels and blankets when we asked. We also had an issue with the kitchen hood, which filled our room with smoke. Room service came right away when we called to help. I'll definitely come back and recommend this place.

We had a king corner room with a shower and a nice soaking tub. The room and beds were spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace bar has beautiful views. The lobby is incredible, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. It's in the Chapalita area of Guadalajara, with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The concierge was friendly and called us a taxi that arrived quickly. We recommend it and will return. 😍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😍
