The staff were okay, but they played loud music and videos on their phones into the early morning, and it was noisy at all hours. We hardly slept. The room we got wasn't at all like the listing: it was mouldy, dirty, and the ceiling was coming apart. We had booked a private bathroom, but there wasn't one, and the shared bathroom was unclean and poorly maintained. We almost checked out straight away. By far the worst place we've ever stayed.

The location was great and the staff were really nice, but the facilities are mostly old and run down. The rooms were okay, though a little noisy at night. We had no water for two days, which meant no toilets or showers. It was grim.

A classic tourist trap that takes advantage of backpackers, visitors, and international travelers. They charged me for a service they never provided and never returned my money. The place was dirty and the people seemed sketchy. Mexico's worst.

We only needed to store our luggage for a couple of hours, and it all went smoothly. The people there were so nice!

The staff were my favorite part, they were amazing. There's fresh fruit every morning and a nice rooftop to hang out on. The hostel is close to the main attractions in the center, but it's still nice and quiet.
