I’ve stayed here multiple times and highly recommend it. In Guadalajara, it’s the kind of place you want in a foreign city: safe, affordable, clean, and comfortable. It’s close to everything in the Centro Historico District, and the housekeeping is excellent and management is professional. The historic building has clearly had a recent, beautiful refurbishment. The rooms have free WiFi, a large private shower, a TV, and large, comfortable beds. Everything feels new. Much better than the larger branded hotels in the area.

This looks like a fake Expedia listing for a hotel that doesn’t exist. Soon after booking, guests are reportedly told the hotel is occupied and offered an “upgrade” to another accommodation. That place is an Airbnb called Demetria Bungalows, 20mins away at General San Martín street 179, La Fayette. I emailed the host to cancel and never got a response. I had to go through Expedia to get my refund.
