I spent four days there during the Guadalajara Expo fair, and the price was still very affordable. The location was excellent, and the staff were super friendly. I got along especially well with Mary, Miguel, and Ricardo, who gave phenomenal customer service. I highly recommend them and can’t wait to return.

I booked in a rush because I needed somewhere close to where I had to be the next morning. I should’ve read the reviews first. At check-in, the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. The room heater didn’t work, and I was told only the AC worked. When I asked for extra blankets, they said I’d have to come get them because nobody was available to bring them. The room phone was out of order too.

It was noisy day and night, and the price felt high for the quality. I also had to ask them for clothes hangers.

We only needed somewhere to sleep. The blankets were more like throws and weren’t big enough, and there was no hot water for a shower.

We were attending an event just eight minutes away, so the location worked well. The rooms are non-smoking, which is a plus, and they’re okay, if a little outdated. It worked for a two-night stay, and the nightly price was fair. I didn’t check other hotels since the event included this stay.
