The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, breakfast was cheap, and the location was great. Lopeta checked us in, and over the week we stayed, she was pleasant and helpful every time we dealt with her. Five out of five! 😊⭐️

There are more than 100 TV channels, but they’re all in Spanish, with no CNN or BBC. The AC worked well, and I didn’t hear nightclub noise when I was there on Thursday and Friday nights. The hotel is near the historic center, with a 7 eleven just across the road and a taxi stand at the square.

A well-priced hotel in a perfect location, with helpful staff. They went out of their way to help me recover something I’d left behind in my room.

The hotel and staff were great, the price was good, and it’s only two minutes from the center. But disco music blasted all night until 4 a.m., so loudly that we couldn’t sleep. The noise is outside the hotel’s control. If you go to bed at 4 or can sleep through anything, you could give it a try. We checked out and found another hotel.

It’s in a good location in Zona Centro, but find somewhere else to stay. A loud nightclub across the street plays music until 7 a.m. The air conditioning doesn’t work properly, and if you need extra toilet paper, you have to go downstairs to get it. They won’t bring it to you.
