The owners made sure people felt included in their get-togethers, and I ended up having some lovely evenings with Mexicans who were patient with my broken Spanish and really tried to understand me. When I unexpectedly got sick, one of them brought me tea, food, and medicine. It was one of the sweetest hostel stays I've had, and a nice break from the very touristy places. I'd recommend it.

Victor and Uncle Charlie are incredible hosts, and the bar outside has a fun atmosphere at night. Mornings mean great coffee and good conversation, too. The place is right by some world-class restaurants. A must-stay, highly recommended!

Great value, and if I owned the place I'd probably charge more. The beds are comfortable, and there's a nice kitchen and patio where you can relax. The location is excellent, and Víctor and Tío Charly take great care of everything you need. I've traveled all over Mexico, and this is one outstanding hostal. Thanks, Victor y Charly, for all the memories!

Kind people, great conversations, and such warm hospitality. I loved the space and would recommend it to anyone. The hosts are so amazing I'd give them six stars if I could.

The garden is charming, the rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very clean, so it felt easy to settle in here. Víctor was always attentive and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout. The food was delicious and the coffee amazing. Highly recommended!
