The receptionist was unfriendly and unwelcoming, and her service left a lot to be desired. The security guards were friendlier and more helpful, which made the reception staff's shortcomings stand out even more. The apartments are right across from Expo Guadalajara in a quiet, central spot, which is convenient. I like the place's unusual concept and look, but it needs more upkeep since the light-colored furniture shows wear easily. My apartment was cozy but small, with just one bed. There was no AC, only noisy fans. Cooking or heating food left smells lingering inside, even with the extractor fan.

I had a bad experience with an apartment listing for this building on Inmuebles24, attributed to the “direct owner,” Omar Ávila Gutiérrez. Before arranging a visit, I was asked for a 40% deposit as a reservation fee and for personal documents. After I paid, there was no follow-up or reply, and he blocked me on every platform. Be careful with your money and personal information. Don't send documents or a deposit before you've seen the property.

The parking entrance needs a lot of care and steering. My sedan's bumper hit it and half the bumper came off. The same thing happened when I was getting in. Apart from that, it's a very nice place. We stayed through Airbnb, and everything is close by.

This building is falling apart, with crumbling walls, unfinished details, no security, and no amenities. Repairs cause constant noise. The staff seem untrained and unprofessional, while management is rude, incompetent, and lacking basic common sense.
