I regret spending USD 120 a night on this hostel-like hotel. The rooms are horribly small and cost more than Marriott, yet there's no tea or coffee in the room, no bedside charging, and no USB charging anywhere. The washroom and WC are cramped, and the bath towels weren't clean. There isn't really a reception, and even getting into the hotel is difficult. I wasted USD 240 for a night and a half. This was the worst decision of my life.

The main problem for me was the humidity. We were there in early September, and over three days our room stayed damp despite trying different climate control settings. My clothes, sheets, and pillows all felt a little wet, which drove me nuts because I'm sensitive to textures. The rest was good, though not great. The hotel is well placed in Guadalajara, and there's a coffee shop and restaurant on the ground floor with access from inside. The lobby also sells water and snacks at fair prices, handy if you're taking a day trip. Room and bathroom sizes were reasonable. Breakfast was passable for a visitor, though someone more familiar with Mexican breakfast might describe it better. This was the first place we stayed on my Far Out Travel Co. trip, and I'd recommend it overall.

It's a basic hotel, but the location is great if you're planning to shop at the new IKEA or City Market.

A good, affordable place for an overnight while traveling, and breakfast is included. There are restaurants nearby and in the same area. Finding the entrance and lobby was a bit confusing. One odd thing: walking in costs over 3k pesos, while booking online is only a little over 1k pesos. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

It's a nice place to sleep, with a decent mall nearby, a good selection of restaurants right outside in the same building, and a convenience store that's a lifesaver. But the rooms are too small and don't have a mini-fridge or microwave, which would be nice extras. There's no iron either, which I think is basic for business travel. The TV only had local channels, and I couldn't connect a device to stream or use YouTube.
