Quinta Real Guadalajara

During a business trip, I spent several nights at Quinta Real, hosted private dinners and a reception for clients, and found the setting and service wonderful. The suite was spacious and elegant, with a king bed, one bedroom, a fireplace, and a garden view. It had a quiet, storybook feel, almost like my own little castle. Breakfast each morning was peaceful, with flowers in view. Dinner was beautifully presented, and the staff were attentive. The property feels tucked away and serene in the heart of Mexico. On arrival, San Miguel Arcángel stands with his sword raised over Satan, a striking, symbolic welcome that felt almost sacred and set the mood for the stay. Quinta Real brings tradition and refinement together in a personal way, and it reminded me how much soul Mexico's hospitality has. Some places suggest luxury, while others seem to live it. The pool and gardens were kept in great shape, and the food was really good. The whole place has the feel of a palace from another time, and our room was amazing. Everyone on staff was welcoming and hospitable. David went the extra mile with customer service. I'd definitely come back.

After seven years, my husband and I finally took a trip just for the two of us, and this hotel made it worthwhile. Jaime and all the staff were so friendly and made sure we got a great room and view. They also shared lots of suggestions for places to see, visit, and eat. We really recommend staying here, and taking an impromptu trip with your spouse. Next up for us is New York!

For a quiet stay right in the middle of a big city, this quaint, luxurious hotel was a great find. The rooms were lovely, the staff friendly, and the concierge excellent. There's also a great restaurant nearby, La Tequila Cocina de México Av México. Highly recommend.
