Save your money. The staff are rude, the AC rattles at night, and the sink water smells metallic. The walls are so thin you’ll hear traffic all night, and a light outside the window stays on. Also, breakfast isn’t free even though the website says it is, it costs $180 per person.

The breakfast in the morning was five star, but the first check-in could have been much better. The woman at reception wore glasses and didn’t smile or greet me. She seemed to want to finish the transaction and answer as little as possible, which made a poor first impression. The room was okay, though the shower door didn’t close properly and had a lot of corrosion. The internet was very unreliable, so I had to use my phone hotspot. There was an uncomfortable plastic-like layer under the sheets, and the sound and feel of it kept me from sleeping well. Rooms at the front also get highway noise and vibration from cars and trucks. A room facing the rear might solve that.

The rooms were very clean, and the service and location were good. I do wish there were a patio for fresh air, since none of the rooms have balconies.

The daily breakfast buffet was really nice. The rooms were clean, and room service was both quick and inexpensive.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the service was excellent. I had a very good stay and will be back soon.
