I booked three rooms, and all three were missing the chair shown for the room I reserved. The place didn’t look like what I’d booked. There were mosquitoes, the card kept deactivating after housekeeping came, the king suite’s AC wasn’t working at all, and they only gave us a sheet for the bed. The pool was dirty, the shower filthy, and the restroom sink smelled like sewer. It caters to families, but it’s right next to a gentleman’s club, LOL. It was terrible.

My phone had run out of battery, so I needed help getting a taxi. The staff couldn’t find one and seemed to be waiting for me to leave, saying nobody was answering. After I asked a couple more times, they told me to try the closest strip bar. Ironically, the people there were much kinder and called a taxi for me, which arrived in under two minutes. One of the worst front desk experiences I’ve had. Imagine being less efficient and kind than a strip bar bouncer.

Service, staff, rooms, cleanliness, and parking were all five stars. The only drawback is that the hotel is near a railway crossing, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to noise. A very good hotel.

The train tracks right in front can be disruptive, especially for light sleepers when the train comes early in the morning. Apart from that, it’s a good hotel, with clean rooms, great service, and amenities including a pool, gym, and restaurant. The price is reasonable for what you get.
