For such a cheap place, you might get cockroaches in the room, or a room where the street can see everything inside. One unit had a small patio, but its window wouldn't lock. Some security! The building is really noisy, so don't stay here if you want a peaceful night's rest. When we had problems, the hotel stopped answering us. You can find somewhere better.

Really nice place for the price. The AC worked well, the neighborhood felt safe, and everything was very clean.

The place has a cozy decor, and the rooms are comfortable. It's in an excellent spot in a super safe area, with water and coffee in the common spaces. There are three access codes, for the street door, a second door, and your room, which feels very secure. I booked through Booking.com but never received the entry instructions. I rang the bell and waited outside for several minutes until someone came out and let me in. They gave me the manager's number, and she told me she was out to lunch and sent the codes. If I hadn't run into that person, I wouldn't have been able to get inside. I really liked the place and recommend it, but they should be more careful with guest reservations.
