OYO Hotel Brazil,Guadalajara,Estadio Jalisco

We booked two rooms, and both were really bad. They looked nothing like the website photos. The bathrooms had huge uncovered holes, apparently intended as windows, where you could see all the way up and down. Neither toilet flushed. We had no soap or shampoo, just one nearly empty roll of used toilet paper. The pillows were stained and disgusting, and one of the beds was stained too. When we tried to sleep, the cleaning ladies talked and laughed loudly right outside our window.

There was blood on the floor in our room, the toilet didn't work, and the towels were old and stained. The front desk was rude, and the rooms were disgusting. It felt straight out of a Hostel movie!

The sheets were very clean, and we saw them arrive from a laundry service. The family and owners were also very kind. But the rooms are badly neglected. The bathroom is a tangle of pipes, with a hole open to the very noisy street, luckily above head level. There was bird poop on the sink, presumably left by a bird that flew inside. The bathroom window has no glass, and the room windows can't be opened, yet they're drafty and do nothing to block street noise. So there's no fresh air, and the sound still gets in. For 900p including tax, it was a really rough night with excessive noise. I'd only stay here if there were no other options.

The smell was disgusting. One night was enough, I wouldn't go back there.
