The food itself was fine, and the nighttime view was kind of nice, though the atmosphere was just average. The waiters ruined the visit. We were there with a group to celebrate a birthday, and they called us a pigsty. They also took plates away with plenty of food still on them without asking. I left feeling disgusted and embarrassed by how rude the staff were. I wouldn’t put yourself through that.

The Pueba Rddison has opened as a new spot on Puebla’s skyline, with modern rooms and really comfortable beds. The front desk team is friendly and professional. The Roof Top Terrase has a spectacular view of Puebla and the Volcanos o Cholula, and it’s set up for breakfast, dinner, and drinks. Great job, Venus, congratulations!

We had a great stay, and there was no construction going on. The only drawback was the tiled hallways: they’re loud and echo a lot. Still, our experience was great overall.
